Career Transition

If you have accepted a redundancy,  or you are looking for a new job, whether in or out of current employment, this process will help you. If your company has not offered you a career transition program, ask for one, or fund your own!  Our process focuses on helping you to identify your employment targets, doing a skills analysis, developing your resume and developing your jobsearch and networking techniques. This is a very supportive process that helps you to indentify and ovecome any obstacles you may have in reaching your goals.

The Process

During the initial session, we will analyse your unique needs, and work out a prgram together based on these.  A typical program would involve six to ten sessions taking place over about two months.  Delivery is flexible, focusing on what works for you.
